I have always wanted to do more, become more, be more. I don't know if that is the type A personality in me or what, but to me there has always been more around the corner. As 2012 came and went I felt like I was standing still watching everything that life has to offer pass me by. I get caught up in the mundane things, the everyday things, and my to-do list grows and grows. Don't get me wrong I am happy with life and happy with where I am but I always feel there is more.So where then do you start?
Over the past month or so I have come to realize that really nothing is what it seems. Through different books I've read, sermons I've heard at Church, blogs that have inspired me, and just reflecting on life as it is I have come to realize that life doesn't pass you by. In each moment you are exactly were you should be, where you ought to be, where you're needed. What's your plan may not always be "the plan."
So when all this is said and done where then do God-sized dreams fit in? For me it is letting go a little control and taking a breath. I still have my lists, I still have my crazy organization, but I also have peace. Peace knowing that I am here listening to the true plan that is there for me. It isn't always in a big ah-ha moment that you realize your calling. It is in those tiny heart pulls you feel when thinking about something or doing something. It is those you should hold onto, embrace, and help lead you towards those God-sized dreams!
